Description Genuine light used Wehrmacht battleflag (Reichskriegsflagge) executed in cotton. Marked by the manufacture on the edge but faded. The upper corner is Luftwaffe (Air force) FL U.V. marked for the Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung (Flight Barracks Administration), this was the logistics department for pilot/aircrew housing and supplies, underneath is the date of 1943! This flag would’ve been flown over an airbase, or possibly used to identify a field base during the war, Luftwaffe marked flags are very rare to find. The flag is large sized 132” x 78”. Complete with inner rope present. Very good condition with no damages!
