Used Yamaha NSD085A Oak Custom 14″ x 5.5″ Snare Drum Made in Japan

Up for sale is a used Yamaha NSD085A Oak Custom 14″ x 5.5″ snare drum. We just did a ton of work to this one: we replaced both heads, replaced the snare strainer, cleaned the shell and hardware, and replaced the tension rods with ones that matched. The drum has a Pearl SuperHoop top hoop and its original Yamaha hoop on the bottom. The hardware shows some pitting; we did our best to mitigate some of that with some steel wool, but it’s about as good as it’s going to get. The rest of the hardware is original and works as it’s supposed to. The drum was made in Japan, serial number QPK0551. Check out the pictures. Come check it out at Metro Gnome Music.
