Up for sale is a vintage Sequential Circuits Six-Trak Model 610 49-key synthesizer keyboard. We tested this one here in the shop and everything works as it should. Check out the video for a comprehensive sound demo and brief review! It sounds phenomenal – even though this was marketed as Sequential’s “beginner” synth back in the mid-80s (hence the lack of knobs and some more advanced programming capabilities), it sounds just like the era it’s from and has a surprising amount of versatility if you’re willing to spend some time with it. It’s got MIDI (great for patch editing!) and it’s even six-part multi-timbral, which was a highly uncommon feature of its day! It shows some wear in the wood on the ends, but it’s structurally sound. All the knobs, buttons and keys are in good working order. The second lower C key had some damage repaired at some point. This synth was made in the USA, serial number 002524.
